Revise the work u do at school each day,thereby the work load will be less.Once u study a lesson revise it before 24 hours and then after 1 week.After 2 weeks revise the same lesson,then after 1 month again

It depends on your abilities to learn and grasp the concept. If you are a good listner, and you can make good enough notes then you can cover everything in school and will just need to revise the chapter once at home to get the concept. Practice will take time, and so one to two hours daily would be good enough.
