A level maths.. p6 help needed! STATS!

Hey! So i'm studying represention of data.. and in grouped data with class intervals.. it is necessary to calculate the mid point to calculate the mean... so in some questions where the range is open ended.. they use different methods to calculate d mid point.. pls help! u can use d examples of p6 variant 1 june 2011.. question 6...or june 2011 question 3 p6 variant 3! PLEASE HELP!!
