Thats pretty easy dude, you calculate your normal values by 1/L , that you know. For the first one for eg.:
Value needed = 1/(54.5 x 10^-2) = 1.83
Then unc= 1/(55 x 10^-2) MINUS 1/(54.5 x 10^-2) = 0.017 so unc.= +/- 0.017

What I did is, calculate the original value, then calculate your most extreme value; uncertainty = Max. value - Best value
BTW, do you take engish?

what i do for these questions is i take the uncertainty in the original table value and then multiply it with my 1/h or whatever is in the second table...the answers are always correct...
