CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTIONS:

The three lamps are now connected in parallel with one another. Draw a circuit
diagram of the three lamps connected to the power supply. Include in your circuit
diagram
(i) an ammeter to record the total current through the lamps,
(ii) a variable resistor to vary the brightness of all three lamps,
(iii) a voltmeter to record the potential difference across the lamps.

Remember, Volt meter is always parallel to the bulbs.
Ammeter is connected on the either ends and variable resistor should be connected before the bulbs so to be able to control the brightness by changing the resistance :)

You attach a pointer to the end of the spring, just above the load, then place a scale horizontally on the pointer's side, then when the spring completely stablises (i.e stop) you take the reading indicated on the scale by the pointer.
