ICT Questions - Help please?

1- In access, when do we use single? Like, there's double and Yes/No and Integer..etc But when do we use single?

2- How do we export? And does anybody know if it came in paper 21, and if so what did we have to do?

3- Does anyone know whether it's SUM or COUNT after all?

2-after you finish the query - click on the 'external data' tab, its the box next to the import, named export. theirs a small microsoft word logo on a button, thats it.

3- I did it as sum..i did something wrong with the query though
