I dnt think the rule of not discussing paper bfore 24 hrs is a prob for users because if they do than admin will block their account, but they can make infinite amount of accounts, How can admin stop someone from disccussing it on XPF?

well dude.......his IP is also banned which prevents him from creating multiple accounts.....
