i cant find a suitable avatar to put on....size problem...any website to get them perfect size or convert them or something

Try saving the picture to ur computer, then resize it using microsoft office picture manager or paint.net or any other suitable software.
This will automatically reduce the file size, then u can upload from machine.

arey u can even get the pic u want from web at the exact size.
Go to google images first type what u want then when the images come look onto the left of ur screen ull see an option Exactly..
Click this and type the width and height of the pic allowed on XPF and then go ull get the pics easily,but beware files like APSX are not suited on XPF so it will reject,u can use any method even CommonSEnse method is okay.
