What are my friends chances to get into Harvard University?

My friend is from the city school gulshan campus karachi. He has 9As in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, English, Economics, Business Studies, Pakistan Studies and Islamiat. He has a distinction in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

He got very bad grades in his AS Level exam, and plans to retake them in June along with his A2 exams. His teachers say he can get recommendation from teachers to give to universities in America.

He also has a 2400 in his SAT I and 2400 in SAT II in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. He is also working hard in his extracuriculars.

What are his chances to go to Harvard University?
