SAT II mathematics for medical university

Hi. I'm a foreigner and I want to apply to Pakistan for MBBS. I have taken chemistry, biology and maths only for A level. (Not physics) I want to do the SAT II in these subjects as well. I know that mathematics will be accepted instead of physics. The problem is that I don't know which maths to chose. Level 1 or level 2? Please help me with this. If they will accept level 1, it will be excellent.
