My mother used to help me out in grammar 
What she used to suggest was to write any one simple sentence in all of its tenses i.e.
Present
Present Perfect
Present Continuous
Past
Past Perfect
Past Continuous
Future
Future Perfect
Future Continuous

i do but i feel some problem in present perfect tense??read novels. PLENTY of them

Talking about novels I've got some suggestion:
if you're up for long ones then go for:
Stephan king's novels (Bag of bones, Misery)
Dan brown's novels (Da Vinci code, Angels and demons, Digital fortress)
George R R Martin's novels (Game of Throne )
if you're up for self enlightenment books then go for:
Paulo Coelho's novels (The Alchemist, The Zahir)
Stephan R Covey's Self help books (The 7 habits book, First things first)
Or you can do what i used to do. Just go to the library and start reading any random book you find interesting

What's wrong with present perfect? Let me give you a few examples.
I have posted a comment.
I have done my homework.
I have eaten my lunch.
He just finished his lunch.
He just finished watching the Death Note Season... etc etc
All sentences must be in the present and things must have been done (recently). The wrong example wud be
