my avatar is not uploading why it says url is invalid caan anyone give me example of avatar URL?

yaar it shud be abt 160 px wide, 90 px. high and should have a size of 12 KB thats all the size. if u r having a problem of uploading through url copy it on ur computer and then click on choose file in avatar selection and try to upload from ur computer.
