ICT Paper 2 Supporting Files

hey For paper 2, when we send the E-mail for communications, we don't get 2/3 of the source files required...i am talking about when practising..is this the same case during the examination or have the replies been disabled? Please Reply asap as my exam is in 3 days.. Thank YOu =)
