Chem IB SL November 2010 Paper 2 help!

Can someone please explain how do you do question 1b) of the paper? I'm really confused how do u get the final temperature from the equation and graph. The markscheme states the final temp as 73 degrees celsius.. How?? Anyone who solves it rocks!!!!1!!!
