    in the question before the attenuation one, where you had a microphone connected to a speaker with electronics inbetween. It had an ADC and a series to parallel converter.

    For the volumes it was 7.00cm3 of standard solution and 8cm3 of water. I don't remember the anomaly one.

    Yes it had to be lower so more resistance of LDR ,more p.d across LDR and hence less p.d across the inverting input. So non-inverting is greater than inverting and output will be positive so diode will allow current to pass to relay.
