Grading threshold confusion

I thought when we get our results they will post the gt grade next to it. But when i asked people who got the results they said all they saw was a letter grade and a percentage. Is the grade written on the results paper already with the gt?

I am writing History IGCSE for may/june 2013. I was wondering if anyone had any websites/slideshows/notes that could help me out. My weakest topics are modernization of japan and 18148 revoultions I have already looked at all of these websites and they are of little to no help to me...
