try to find solutions in quran.. trying to understand quran by tafaseer etc. helps, Allah calls quran Azzikr(the zikr); salah, if you really mean what you say to Allah... gives peace of mind.
then azkaar and duas of Prophet(saw) are amazing... dua is the weapon of believer it helps a lot, whn you know Allah heard you, it takes a lot of burden away..

thr is 1 thing I do sumtymz.. I go to the rooftop and look at the sky n say SubhanAllah.. Allah says that we beautified the lowest/closest sky with adornment of stars.. i recite that aayah of sura 37 whn on the roof you really appriciate the power of Allah by lukin at nature...
