I think that if the syllabus and actual exam for the subjects you mentioned are the same across igcse and o level then the grade boundaries should in theory be similar. Especially if the actual papers are the same then I would find it hard to believe that the grade boundaries should be any different, as if they were then students would be entitled to claim the board is being bias towards one examination.

I also have a question for you if you don't mind. Seeing as you did the same additional math paper as me and you also did additional math past papers do you think this year's paper were comparatively harder than last year's paper?

Yes, but i've always heard from people that A* is at around 90% in all O-level subjects, and now i saw the IGCSE thresholds and was surprised. While the IGCSE threshold for A* in Add-Maths is 93% in the last oct-nov 2013 session. But the case is different with subjects like EM, sociology, Business studies for which A* is in the 70's.. So i was wondering, maybe same would be the case with O-Level.
