Actually the graph showed that the Drink C caused most urination, so that's not good for health. Leme explain, they clearly mentioned very hot climate which means there will be a lot of sweating so the person already loses much water so if he takes Drink C he'll lose more water, that will lead to dehydration. The osmostic potential of cells will be disturbed thta might even cause death.
