In a i wrote campus hiring. and HR recruitment comp!
in b it was simple
JD= outlines task and responsibilities to be carried out
PS= skills and qualities need to fulfil JD

yeah, in other words you had to write about internal and external recruitment in (a).

umm i wrote all that in (b), but i wrote all that in like literally 20 sec so my handwriting may not be understandable.
