I'll watch it 4 hrs before Catching Fire starts so I will have it fresh in my mind and be even further pumped to see the movie.I will not read the book though, I do not want to be one of those book fans that goes nuts even if a single color change happens or something gets cut. I am looking at it as a MOVIE series, not the re-enactment of the book.

Did I say book fans. My mistake, I mean book fanatics.........

Yeah, i have talked to those book fans. They go all complaining that the movie did not live up to the book and all that. And they are like they ruined the movie, and stuff. I haven't read the book either.

Yeah, I am never like that. I can even say that they improved a few things from the book. Such as the extra scenes because in the book, we are restricted to Katniss's POV and no one else. Those Snow/Seneca scenes, Haymitch/Seneca scene and Game-maker scenes were brilliantly executed and happened most likely happened.

Since I saw the film first, the characters looked like the actors playing them, in my head, as I was reading the books. The Reaping was exactly how I imagined it, the interviews, the day of the games, the games themselves etc etc. If one read the book, shouldn't they have loved the movie even more?

I mean, Jennifer Lawrence was THE embodiment of Katniss Everdeen and I am so glad Suzanne herself picker her instead of everyone else. She picked Josh Hutcherson, who I believe, a great Peeta with the acting chops and every other cast member.

Exactly. But why'd you read the book after the movie? You already know the story!

I wanted to know what happens in the book and read Catching Fire and Mockingjay with knowing what they were talking about.

Oh. So you will read Catching fire and Mockingjay after watching the movies. Mockingjay will have two parts.
