You should write as short as you can, the basic requirment is to write 4 points about teh topic/statement.... like a date, who started, it affects or things like that....

IN the conclusing paragraph, the examiner already knows that you will be discussing your opinion, so you could use wither of teh two!!
As many a possible....but the baisc thing is answering what heh questions asks for(first priority) and quotes in between.... and while writing quotes you should also consider the time you have, allocate time properly!!

Yea, use the markin schemes to know what teh examiner is looking for, and get the answers checked by your teacher
