we should NOT write it as
"inshAllah"
Or
... "inshallah"
because it means:
"Create ALLAH" (naozobillah).

Whether Arabic
or
English, please make sure we write it properly as

"In Shaa ALLAH"

(IN 3 SEPERATE WORDS).
This means:
"if ALLAH wills"
