Read Everything and try to catch the definitions and formulae.
First Chapter I think is: Physical Quantities..?
Quite easy just read it briefly..
Remember to use different colours of pen to be sure to memorise the best out of the best.

It took me 9 days before exams to learn everything about PHYSICS.. except experiments..
So you should get up fast with it..
And don't forget adaptation from Form 3 to Form 4 is very brutal for many students.
Even me I failed in some subjects or averaged in some.

Learning for 4 hours a day is not the best option for students.
I can learn for 15min and grasp as much as the 4hours-students.
You should devise you own way of studying...
