    Check both the holah sites, you will find all 20. Not sure where you can find ordered notes. If you'd like, you can make them yourself. ;) Can't help you with books, sorry, I don't know/have any. Get the Examiner Reports for the general idea of answering the questions. -

    They are not difficult or mind-boggling. But there is a lot to memorise for these subjects. I guess Sociology is lengthier than Psychology. You would need atleast 6 months to study for either. A lot of students (myself included) take them just to get another grade on their certificate.

    The exams are in October and you have 20 case studies for AS. So I suggest you start studying right away. Keep looking for a teacher at the side, of course.
