Preference dividend is a finance cost and hence will be deducted from income statement. It will be showed under the heading of finance costs. Same treatment is for debenture interest payment- kaleemzam

You dont't have to prepare appropriation account anymore. You have to show the statement of change in equity. If you still need help I can upload that statement here.- kaleemzam
