    Maths 32? Discussion 24 Hours

I feel like if a parallelogram has its diagonals perpendicular, it is automatically a rhombus. That's why I didn't prove the sides are equal. I reckon using one of those two ways (either proving that the diagonals are perpendicular or proving that the length of all the sides are the same) are...

    Maths 32? Discussion 24 Hours

I would just like to ask if it would be enough to prove that ABCD, already known as a parallelogram, could be proven a rhombus by proving that AC is perpendicular to BD, right? Because some of my friends proved it by proving AB=BC, any one of these two are okay, still, right? I've got people...

    How was 9702_12_W15??

Are KE(ini) and GPE(final) both zero in this instance? What answer did you get? What letter was the answer? Pretty sure 75 and 125 (D) was the answer.. 75 and 125 gives nodes in the closed end..

    How was 9702_12_W15??

I think B is incorrect because if B is the answer, then if you take the lighter block separately, it would accelerate faster than it should, which is why I said C..

    How was 9702_12_W15??

I answered C.. not quite sure why but if I draw free body diagrams, I think it's C.. The brass steel I answered B I guess.. 4.0 x 10 to the power of -4 or something like that, I kind of forgot bout that one haha xD

    How was 9702_12_W15??

I serched the question.. It was like in an old 1980s CIE paper.. I wish I could say it was 15 m s-2, really xD Think the concept of the answering was like this.. The moment the 0.1 kg mass snaps, the 3 N tension STILL, at that instant still acts on the spring, and it's now only opposed by a 2 N...

    How was 9702_12_W15??

I think the concept to that should be the G.P.E. lost - K.E. gained.. Is the answer B? Or at least somewhere around 1.4 x 10^4-ish? Something like that? That's one brutal question, like simple F=ma, but just, HOW?! xD
