the image editing just asked us to add text in the image and crop it. image editing was really easy so don't worry on it. the problem in html.

they will ask you to make 3 web pages... which are london, hong kong and chennai and they should contain hyperlinks so that they are linked to one another. framesets will NOT come out and tables will also not come out so in web authoring you only need to create 3 simple web pages and link them by the help of a hyperlink. you are welcome again
no ccs. only hyperlinks. and for the memo they ask us to create a memo from one person to another. you should know how to create the memo and just enter the message as asked in the question it will be easy and the scenerio is about trips. like trips to london, hong kong and stuff like they about travellers members.

no there is no powerpoint and no mail merge
report in ms word is simple. you just need to add all the text to the left side in order and the images to the right in order and they all should be aligned. just look at the 2012 ict practical paper mark scheme for report and you will get it

no mail merge, yes memo will come out. in excel you will be asked to create a chart and access just 2 queries and 1 report
