Wanted: Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language Workbook- Reynolds Third Edition

Hi all, I love the site; as a CIE teacher working in Indonesia this site and its amazing contributors have helped me no end.

I'm trying to get a hold of a digital copy of the following:

- Student Workbook
- CD which accompanies the Textbook
- Teacher's Guide (w/answers I assume)

and any other materials relating to the fairly overrated (at least in my opinion) John Reynolds Third Edition English as a Second Language Book from Hodder Ed.

I have a hard copy of the original books but am having trouble finding a digital version of the workbook and Teacher Guide.
