The Red Spot Publishing series is not available where I live and despite my attempts to contact them I haven't gotten any replies and really I'm at the point where I don't think I ever will. Could somebody kindly provide any scans from the Additional Mathematics series ? Any will be much appreciated but if you're limited in the scans that you can send then I'm really struggling with Vectors and Permutations and Combinations sections the most. Thanks in advance.
