communal award given by british government to muslims as they had asked for it. It applied the weightage rule by giving muslims more seats in places where they were in minoity but in provinces where they were in majority like bengal and punjab, their seats were reduced. Muslim league had to accept it as they had asked for it. and furthermore this award was specially for minorities and the weightage principle also applied to sikhs and other minorities.

Treaty of Sevres was the treaty that was applied on turkey after the world war. In it, Arabia was made independent from turkey. most of the lands of turkey were divided among the league of nations. Lands were also given to greece and all that was left of turkey was a small area around istanbul. (i am a bit confused but wasnt it in 1921?)

tipu sultan was the son of haider ali. he became the ruler of the state of mysore after his father's death who had defeated british several times. he faced british in 4 battles and provided strong resistance but evenntually was killed in 1799 by the british and the state of mysore was conquered by british with the help of nizam of hyderabad

hope that helps
