regional languages: a source of identity for the people of provinces
played a vital role in pak movement like pashto
to prevent them from vanishing n to preserve them like balochi

For quesstion 1) To limit voting system
2) To gain presidency( likewise for his presidency 95% basic democrates votesd Yes nd so he retained as president of Pak)

1-Seato applied only to communist-no support in wars against India-nor help was provided to help EP breaking away
2-Kashmir issue-no aid given-1962 India China war-USA gave hep-Pakistan angered
3-no military help to ensure defence-1965 war no help-wanted USA's help to prevent members from attacking-refused-left
