O Level Second Language Urdu Equivalence

Hi everyone, I am Hassan and am new to this community.

I appeared in O Level Second Language Urdu this Oct/Nov and achieved an A*. I don't have a foreign passport. Would this grade be converted to 90 by IBCC or should I give First Language Urdu?

I hope someone who has given Second Language Urdu and has got it converted can help me.
