IGCSE THRESHOLD HOW DOES IT WORK?

Guys, I've been wondering for a while now but how does the IGCSE Threshold actually works? Eg: I've met all requirements for the specific papers A grades (paper 1, i got 34 when the minimum requirement is 28) But when I add up all my marks it doesn't meet the total added grade boundary! Which one should I follow ???

Use the syllabus, it has a weight factor, for example in biology 0620 pp2 has 1 mark equivalent to 1.5, so the total of 40 marks is 60, pp4 has a X1.25 factor so the 80 marks total to a hundred, pp6 is unchanged so 40 is 40, add them up 60+100+40=200.

Are the weight factors the same every year? Besides, how do you find the weight factor?
