What did you put for a question on pvc, on part B? There was something like does pvc molecule has n number of chiral carbon atoms.
PVC is (-CHCl-CH2-)n. There are 7 sigma bonds in this, not 5. Hence 3 is incorrect. Then, it has n number of chiral carbons as there is only 1 chiral carbon present..The final answer was 2 & 1 was correct. B.

Doesn't it not have any chiral carbon i mean take 2 monomer for example [-CH2-CHCl-CH2-CHCl-] the C attached to the Cl atom will no longer be chiral because it's connected to two -CH2. Is my logic correct or wrong?
