Hello, i have to take the examination this year!! And the syllabus for paper 2 says "who was to blame for the Cold War" but when i looked at the specimen paper of 2015, the topic is about Khrushchev's involvement in the Cuban missile crisis. Is the Korean war, Cuban missile crisis and the Vietnam war a part of the Cold war?

Korean war, was part of the Cold War due to North Korea being Communist and South being democratic, the USA also stepped in to help the South, so yes. It is.
Cuban Missile crisis I would say yes, since Cuba was a communist country at that time.
The Vietnamese war, Was also part of the Cold War. Since Vietnam was ruled by a communist government, the United States attempted to prevent it from spreading its influence towards SEA (South East Asia), however im not a 100% about the cause of the invasion, however I am sure that it was part of the Cold war.

"Who was to blame for the cold war" is a topic separate than the cold war itself, and the specimen paper is not based on the topic coming in oct/nov 2015. So you should whatever topic it is showing. Also check the syllabus to make sure whats included in the topic that you're supposed to do.
