Help needed in igcse and A-level grades for university

U r right, egyptian universities are very cruel to international students, I can't believe that national students are the ones who get to study extra subjects to increase their high school percentage ( which is easier than resitting)

WE R BETTER THAN AT LEAST 30% OF THEIR 80%
AND STILL WE HAVE LOWER CHANCES

Yeah but my school only offers 9 subjects so, my choice of subjects is very limited.

U JUST CAN TAKE THE SUBJECTS THEY ASK FOR AND STUDY THE LANGUAGE AFTER UR DONE WITH UR AL
U ONLY NEED 6 MONTHS FOR THAT

That's weird becuz in egypt, pharmacists and doctors can work on genetic engineering.
