For
4.a)i- It asks for the INITIAL acceleration, so you have to draw a tangent from the point 0. And then find the gradient. It has to be in ms^-2, though.
ii- Find the area under the graph. Again, you have to convert to meters

b)i- F= ma, convert m to kg and use a)i's acceleration.
ii- The acceleration drops to zero at 0.3 s, as it is a stationary point on the graph. Then the acceleration increases again, in the opposite direction. It is "opposite direction" since the gradient is negative. And it is "increasing", because after 0.3s, the value of acceleration will NOT be zero any more.
