Help I need studying plan I have one month only to finish studying

I'm taking my igcse in mayjune 2015 , I have only april month to finish studying, I'm only good at English and Arabic so I don't have to study them
I need someone to show me a good studying plan

I have a tight timetable for revision for today but if I work on it, on my breaks I'll be able to finish it.
Do you study best when you focus at a subject a time or a couple of subjects so you make your brain... refreshed, if I may
