I do not think that this is CIE A level biology syllabus material.

I can answer question 10. It should be B. All the gametes will have A B D genotypes. Simply because there are no other haploid cells that could be formed.

The rest I'm not sure of sorry. I believe primary leaves of seedlings develop from cotyledons. A decrease in genetic variation can only be caused by inbreeding I guess.

Answer is E most probably. Urine is usually acidic of pH about 6. And lack of ADH(vasopressin) causes diabetes insipidus which supports diuresis

10:B is answer only one combination ABD is possible
11 D is the answer because inbreeding causes inbreeding depression due to increased homozygosity, which reduces the genetic variation in a population
12: I have no knowledge about it
