Can anyone pls help explain each of these options A B C D and why 3 of them are wrong?.They are a bit tricky.

It's answer is A which I got by toka from artery and vein only.But how am I to know about bronchus and bronchioles???

Answers are A A B respectively
B can not be right because kinetic energy is linked with temperature and since the temp is still increasing beyond point Q so it is incorrect
Disulfide bonds are very strong and not affected by high temp, only hydrogen and ionic are broken by high temp
At S, the enzyme is not COMPLETELY denatured since the rate of reaction is not zero

B IS wrong i think so because shape of active site is specific and the shape of substrate is complementary
Shape of substrate is COMPLEMENTARY TO the shape of the enzyme so the term 'complementary' can not be used for a single object
This statement is wrong bqz it is only true for lock and key hypothesis but in this figure the shape of the enzyme is changing which means that it is binding by induced fit mechanism.In induced fit, the shape of active site changes whe the substrate enters so A is correct
