    They're asking for the % of cells containing 15N after 5 generations. After 1 generation it's 1/2%, after 2 generations it's 1/4%, after 3 generations it's 1/8%, after 4 generations it's 1/16% and after 5 generations it's 1/32%.

Sure, no problem. I've done this one before:
    42 EPGU - 10 SMU
    1 EPGU - x SMU
    42x - 10
    x - 10/42 = 0.238 SMU

    1 SMU - 0.01 mm
    0.238 SMU - x mm
    x - 0.01 x 0.238 = 0.00238 mm

    Therefore, step 1: 10 divided by 42 = 0.238 x 0.01 = 0.00238 mm.

    Step 2: 0.00238 multiplied by 1000 = 2.38 micrometres.

I'm not being disturbed, it's OK.
And yeah, the questions are the same. It says that the length of one division is 0.01 mm, not 10 divisions.

    9 long divisions = 90. 9 small divisions = 9.

    Variant 12, I presume:
    37. Cholera is spread via contaminated food and water.
    36. Not TB, so not D; not cholera, so not A & B; so C.
    31. C; it's a fact.
    23. B; fact too.
    17. Chromosomes uncoil last of all; that's D.
    14. D; fact.
    7. B; fact.
    5. Use image size = actual size x magnification.
    4. D. FACT.
