Next year, I will be going to sixth form. I'm planning to take Biology, Physics, Maths and General Paper. I was planning to be in the bioengineering field but i'm worried that Chemistry is required in order for me to be accepted at universities.

My school only allows a minimum of 4 subjects and a maximum of 5 subjects to be taken but this is only offered to A grade students. I cannot drop GP because it is compulsory in my school.

I'm not that fond of chemistry. It's interesting but I'm afraid I'll struggle terribly as I struggled to do well in O level.
What should I do?

...I was planning to be in the bioengineering field.... at this point career choices are based on the fantasy world of academia and what you think the work life will be like .. and most often due to lack of exposure we all get surprised a LOT when we end up in our fields especially when the money isn't good enough and good education leads to a sense of self-entitlement
and btw plans fail sometimes so don't sweat it, relax, enjoy your studies, be disciplined, have a tough daily routine with a little downtime each day 20 mins and don't lose your focus every 10 to 15 minutes while studying and you will be fine (teenagers cannot help it though.. their brains are like that - http://www.theguardian.com/science/2010/may/31/why-teenagers-cant-concentrate-brains)

IMPORTANT
give chemistry privately and find a tuition center for practicals of bio, chem and physics ASAP... otherwise the practicals will screw up your grade big time... i know tuition centers for practicals are difficult to find and expensive ...but practicals practice day-in day-out is as necessary as theory practice day-in day-out, if not more

also download Schuams' Outline for chemistry via torrents

PS it is never too late to change your career... so give your dreams a shot as if your life depended on it ... but if doesn't work out no problem
