its b ure correct thnksi go for B as during asthma attacks more mucus is produced cuz some foriegn substance actually entered which triggered the asthma attack so choice 2 is now eliminated as exocytosis will increase not endocytosis and as 2 is eliminated the ans should be B the cilia will be more active as it will try to remove the excess mucus produced

Well, we will have to break down the graph and think of them separately, cuz if you get the first graph right, the rest is fine and vice versa.
