ACCA after CA?

Salam guys!

Im doing my C.A right now and have spent 6 months in AFC level with exams due in Sept. I plan to complete C.A by doing C.A inter and passing last 2 modules. Im also planning to do my B.Com. Now that i told u about all this i wanted to know if i can do my A.C.C.A simultaneously with C.A and B.Com? is it possible? will i be getting any exemptions in A.C.C.A papers? will the workload be to tough? is it achievable? or is it even worth all the trouble?
